Can you design and build?
Our team focuses mainly on design services but we can assist you in choosing (or even recommend) trusted contractors who will do necessary construction. Part of our Full Design package is project management so needless to say we'll work very closely with the builders to ensure that your design intent is actualized.
What's the difference between your E-Design and Full Design package?
Our E-DESIGN PACKAGE will be done exclusively online. We will provide you with everything you need from design concepts to furniture selection to even choosing grout color. Think of us as your DIY angels ;)
Our FULL DESIGN PACKAGE includes customization, project management, purchasing, tracking, installation, styling, the whole enchilada. We'll take care of the nitty-gritty details of everything your new space will need. It's our stress-free approach to revamping your space.
How much will my project cost?
We can determine the total cost of your project once we have an approved design.
The rate that we'll immediately provide you is our professional design fee. We can provide a rough estimate of the total project cost but the construction fee and total cost of purchases will be determined once we've aligned with the final design.
What if I want the FULL DESIGN PACKAGE but I won't require construction therefore no customization? Will the rate be the same?
We can adjust rates depending on the complexity of the work that needs to be done. You may get in touch with us so we can better discuss your design goals!
Do you cover areas outside Metro Manila?
Yes we do! We just have an extra charge for mobilization.
What are your payment terms?
Once we've undergone proper consultation, we will need a 50% downpayment before we begin drafting space plans and working drawings. The remaining 50% will be upon turnover of your keys
